The jacket – in garter stitch – is worked vertically, starting at right front edge, working only one colour at a time.

No seams at the sides , but a Basic coloured gusset in short row technique under each armhole, gives the jacket its slightly fitted style.

The plain coloured sleeves are worked separately and set into the armholes along an edge of chain stitches
